When you create an account we store your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number. If you request school access we also store the school you say you represent and your role there. If you apply to a school we store what you submit on that application, including any documents you upload.
To run the service: to show you your applications, to pass an application to the school you addressed it to, to verify that someone editing a school actually represents it, and to email you about things you asked for. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
A school sees the applications addressed to it, and nothing else. Our processors (authentication, database hosting, file storage, email and payment providers) see only what they need in order to provide that piece of the service.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to hello@enroll.co.ug and we will respond within one working day.
Enroll is a platform that helps families discover schools and apply to them. We are not a school, we do not make admissions decisions, and we do not guarantee a place at any institution listed here.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Access to the school dashboard is granted to a person after review, and only for schools they genuinely represent; misrepresenting a school is grounds for immediate removal.
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, including fees. We review a school before it goes live and may unpublish any listing that is misleading, out of date, or that we can no longer verify. Content a school uploads remains that school's own; by publishing it here they grant us permission to display it.
Application and processing fees are set by the school and, where stated on the listing, are non-refundable. Mobile-money operators charge their own transaction fees, shown before you confirm a payment.
We will update this page when the service changes, and the date at the top will tell you when that last happened.
These are plain-language terms describing how Enroll works today. They are not a substitute for legal advice, and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch. Questions in the meantime: hello@enroll.co.ug.
